2009 Greystone.Net Client Conference

That is the date of the next Greystone.Net Client Conference at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Since our company was formed more than 13 years ago, Greystone has worked with hospitals, academic medical centers and health systems nationwide to develop and implement effective Internet and Intranet strategies and solutions. It is our privilege to call your organization a Greystone.Net client and we are pleased to invite you to participate in our 2009 Greystone.Net Client Conference.

The Greystone.Net Client Conference is being held in conjunction with the 13th Annual Healthcare Internet Conference. This year, Greystone.Net will hold its client conference in conjunction with the StayWell Custom Communications Client Conference. If you are a Greystone.Net or StayWell Custom client, you are invited to attend this joint Client Conference.

The Client Conference will include sessions from both Greystone and StayWell and will include a joint luncheon and Best In Class Awards presentation.

Greystone Client Conference Objective

The objective of our eightheighth annual client conference is to provide an opportunity for Greystone clients to:

• Share their insights and experiences with one another.
• Learn about effective Internet strategies and tactics.
• Brainstorm and solve problems.
• Meet the Greystone staff and learn about enhancements to the Greystone product and services mix.

General Sessions Will Focus On:

• Social Media Strategies
• Implementing Your Web Strategic Plan
• Using Online Content & Tools for Consumer Engagement

See the meeting schedule for more details on each session. The conference will also provide an opportunity to learn what others are doing, to ask questions about implementation and results, to network with your peers and to meet Greystone staff and clients for one-on-one discussions.

As always, Greystone clients are encouraged to attend the 13th Annual Healthcare Internet Conference that begins on the afternoon of November 2nd in the same hotel.

Who Should Attend?

The Greystone.Net Client Conference is limited to representatives from healthcare organizations that are current or past users of Greystone or StayWell products and services.

The Client Conference will be of interest to:

• Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managers of Marketing, Strategy, Business Development and Public Affairs.
• CIOs, Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managers of Information Services.
• Webmasters and Web Team members.

Where is the Conference Taking Place?

Hotel Reservations: To make reservations, call Caesars Palace directly at 866-227-5944 and identify the meeting as the 13th Annual Healthcare Internet Conference to get the special rate of $149 per night plus taxes, single/double occupancy (Roman Tower) or $189 per night plus taxes (Forum Tower) and $209/night plus taxes (Palace Tower). You will be required to guarantee the reservation with a major credit card. Be sure to make your reservations as soon as possible. The reservation deadline is Friday, October 2, 2009. After that date or when the room block is filled, rooms will be confirmed on a space available basis only and the special rate can not be guaranteed. This is a busy time of year in Las Vegas, so call early to ensure availability!

Conference Rate

If you attend BOTH the Greystone.Net Client Conference and the 13th Annual Healthcare Internet Conference, then the registration fee for the Internet Conference covers the entire costs of the Client Conference. If you attend ONLY the 2009 Greystone.Net Client Conference, the fee is $250 (or $200 if you register early). Client Conference tuition is refundable less a $150 cancellation fee, if notice is received more than five working days prior to the program. Registrants unable to attend may send alternative registrants. All registrations will be confirmed within 10 business days of receipt of the registration form and payment.
