The Webmaster Workshop provides a forum for sharing this experience with Webmasters and Web strategists from healthcare organizations throughout the country.
Hot Topics for 2010
- This year, we will continue to focus the Workshop educational content on the day-to-day challenges facing Hospital-based Webmasters. The Workshops will be a combination of both strategic and tactics, with the goal of helping you bridge the gap between strategy and execution. New topics for 2010 will include:

- Picking the Right “Tools” and Getting the Most Out of Them.

- And back by popular demand, we’ll update the state of the healthcare Web site, provide a detailed look at Web-based ROI (more important than ever in this economy) and close with an open faculty/attendee discussion to generate a list of the top takeaways from the Workshop to help you focus on the most important and impactful action items.
- To allow us to “go deep” on a couple of special interest topics, we are also pleased to offer two optional post-workshop seminars (held on Wednesday, June 23rd in Florida and Wednesday, July 28th in California.)
- The morning seminar will be an in-depth look at the use and effectiveness of social media strategies and best practices in healthcare, entitled: Re-Enlisted: Social Media Boot Camp v2.0
- The afternoon seminar will be geared toward those who have responsibility for the intranet and a desire to improve its organizational reach and effectiveness, entitled: Getting the Most Out of Your Tired Intranet.
