The Greystone.Net Webmaster Workshop Series is comprised of three different events, each designed to meet the educational needs of individuals with varying skills, facing different challenges. This structure allows participants to pick the workshop and format that best fits their requirements and that best allows them to network with faculty and peers.

The educational sessions offered include a:

• Bootcamp:Mobile
  Bootcamp: Mobile is an intense two-day event that focuses on the mobile explosion and its uses and impact in healthcare. Sessions cover such topics as creating a strategy for specific healthcare target audiences, capitalizing on mobile marketing and mobile tools that can help meet organizational goals.

•  Webmaster Workshop Classic
  The workshop is designed to focus on the day-to-day challenges facing Hospital-based Web leaders. The Workshop will be a combination of information, networking, strategy and tactics with the objective of assisting participants in bridging the gap between plans and execution. This workshop will provide ideas for increasing the effectiveness of participant Web sites, case studies of successful Web site applications from other healthcare organizations and a forum to share experiences with other Web strategists from similar organizations throughout the country.

• OpenSpace:An Unconference
  This participant-driven meeting doesn’t depend on staged presentations or top-down agendas. Instead, it is based on the premise that the “sum of the expertise of the people in the audience is greater than the sum of the expertise of the people on the stage.” The topics discussed at OpenSpace depend upon the crowd. Everyone will be required to participate in some way, either by presenting, showcasing a project or simply asking questions and offering comments. Prior to the conference and in order to help stimulate conversation, we will organize an online community in which attendees can introduce themselves and float topic ideas.
