Abstract:

Two case studies are provided on how social media #GivingTuesday campaigns were planned, implemented and adjusted. Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital learned how to successfully launch a #GivingTuesday campaign using Facebook and Twitter to raise money.  And, how Dayton Children's implemented a digital strategy through online and social media to both raise money and recognize donors online. Results areshared by both organizations, including how Dayton Children's increased online giving on #GivingTuesday by 70%.
