gSightsm is a healthcare pop-up survey designed to capture and identify customer experience improvement areas so you can improve and evolve your website as your customers’ needs progress and change.

It uses a standardized questionnaire that allows for apples-to-apples benchmarking with peer organizations and the development of a Leaderboard score of the top performers. The standardized questionnaire can be supplemented by a limited number of open- and closed-end custom questions, if  client so desires.
