As 2016 Comes To a Close…

It must be true that 2016 is winding down: our office kitchen is rapidly filling up with holiday treats! We don’t need all that yummy stuff, but it sure is good.

I just saw this posted on a business Facebook page: “As we come to the close of this wild year, we’re finding we don’t have a lot to say about it. It was just so…much. In all directions at once.” I don’t think anyone will be sad to see 2016 in the rearview mirror. 2016 has been a unique year, for sure. Crazy weather, bizarre elections, some sort of crisis cropping up seemingly every hour…it has been an eventful — and tumultuous — year, if nothing else.

As we tick off the last few days of this year, we are also looking ahead to 2017. Our industry continues to evolve rapidly and we look forward to working with our clients and colleagues to meet the constant challenges and opportunities of healthcare marketing. 2017 looks to be another exciting year for marketers. Healthcare is many things, but stagnant it is not. We will talk a lot about 2017 ideas and strategies in the coming weeks.

Be sure to take time to enjoy family and friends this holiday season. The holidays are a time for joy and celebration – we hope you are able to partake!
