We’re in LA, after all!
We had a special evening award show on Sunday night to kick off HCIC. During the event, we celebrated the 2023 eHealthcare Leadership Award winners, the induction of the 2023 Class of the Healthcare Internet Hall of Fame and the recipient of the 2023 John A. Eudes Vision & Excellence Award.

2023 eHealthcare Leadership Awards Winners

2023 Class of the Healthcare Internet Hall of Fame
The Healthcare Internet Hall of Fame honors individuals and organizations who have made outstanding, long-lasting contributions to the healthcare Internet industry. We inducted these two individuals into HIHOF:
- Dan Dunlop, co-owner and principal at Jennings, a North Carolina-based healthcare marketing and audience engagement firm. His experience as a brand strategist includes working with leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms, medical device manufacturers and numerous hospitals.
- Emily Kagan Trenchard is SVP, chief consumer digital solutions at Northwell Health in New York. She was responsible for reimagining Lenox Hill Hospital’s digital presence from the ground up, designing a website building with an online pre-registration system and a physicians’ network portal. After Lenox Hill Hospital was acquired by North Shore-LIJ Health System, she led a comprehensive overhaul of the system’s website’s design, architecture, content management system and server environment in nine months.
2023 John A. Eudes Vision & Excellence Award
This award was created to honor Greystone.Net co-founder, John A. Eudes. Throughout his career, he encouraged healthcare marketers to strive for excellence. This year, the award was given to:
- Rose Glenn, CMO for Michigan Medicine, whose career has spanned thirty years, with extensive experience in large, complex systems. Glenn is a past president of the board of the American Hospital Association’s Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (SHSMD) and still serves on the Executive Strategies Task Force and as a mentor. Glenn is also an instructor for the Department of Communication & Media at the University of Michigan, where she was a finalist for the 2021 University of Michigan Golden Apple Award, a campus-wide award organized by students, recognizing exceptional faculty.
This is the first year that all awards presentations have been rolled into one program. We had a great party and celebration!
